Super Week for Las Vegas's Baba! Monday, July 4th, 2022 There's nothing like being in the prime of your baseball career -- and playing like it. Just ask Masaki Baba, the Las Vegas right fielder, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week honors. Baba piled up 12 hits in 27 at-bats, 2 home runs and 7 RBIs while hitting .444. For the season Baba is hitting .349, batted in 64 runs with 18 home runs and 61 runs scored. |
