Leslie Whitney Out of Action Wednesday, April 13th, 2022 It took the Brooklyn team doctor a while to realize it, but center fielder Leslie Whitney won't simply play through a broken bone in the elbow after he got hurt being hit by a pitch in today's Psychos-Outlaws game. At first, it looked like Whitney might be back as early as tomorrow, but now the prognosis isn't quite so good; he's expected to miss at least 5 months. In this current campaign Whitney is hitting at a .375 clip with no home runs and 1 RBIs. |
