Maple-Montreal Announce Deal Monday, March 7th, 2022 The general manager of the Maple Marauders has signed off on a trade for Montreal's 17-year-old minor league first baseman Adam Hounsell, 21-year-old starting pitcher Ramu Pavi, 28-year-old starting pitcher Jesús Ramírez and 25-year-old minor league starting pitcher George Bedford. To complete the deal, the Marauders will send 30-year-old catcher Billy Bishop, 36-year-old starting pitcher Maurice Gould and $700,000 in cash to the Bandits. During his career Gould has 194 victories and 66 defeats with a 2.90 ERA. Since joining the league, Pavi has compiled an ERA of 5.54 with a career record of 10-4. He has 77 strikeouts in 104 innings and has held opponents to a .294 batting average. |
