Kaneko, Andrews Suspended for Fracas Saturday, September 4th, 2021 Both benches got involved in a rowdy fracas during the So Cal-Seattle game at House of the Republic. The two main culprits have been suspended by the league. The Republic Hirotsugu Kaneko and the Sasquatch Jeff Andrews were each issued 6-game suspensions for their unsportsmanlike behavior and aggressive actions. Currently Kaneko is batting .293 with 12 home runs and 62 RBIs. To date this season, Andrews has a record of 3 wins and 3 losses and a 6.31 ERA. He has appeared in 10 games and struck out 31 in 41.1 innings. |
