Danger Moreno Suffers Setback Saturday, August 7th, 2021 A bit of bad luck has fallen on the Duke City Danger today as they learned that third baseman Armando Moreno had suffered a setback in his recovery from a separated shoulder and will miss more time than expected. The team's doctors had been optimistic about the player's return date, but have now rescinded the original date. The initial guess at how much more time he'll miss is 2-3 weeks. Moreno is batting .283 this season in 76 games with 9 home runs, 33 RBIs and 44 runs scored. He has 81 hits in 286 at-bats. |
