Hostile Lewis Attacks Curt Hall in Dugout Brawl Friday, June 18th, 2021 Tensions between increasingly hostile Kansas City Tornadoes's reliever Jon Lewis reached the breaking point during yesterdays game. In a dugout confrontation, Lewis physically attacked catcher Curt Hall. Punches were thrown and the two had to be physically separated by teammates. Lewis left the game to the clubhouse and left the stadium a short while later. Hall was treated for a bloody nose and received three stitches to his upper lip, but was otherwise, no worse for the wear. A decision on the teams handling of the situation is expected soon. |
