August's Premier Pitcher Announced By PL Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 August's standout hurler was Teguh Suharto of Fukuoka SoftBank. He muzzled Pacific League hitters and held them in check the entire month to capture the Pitcher of the Month award. To win the honor Suharto compiled an impressive 4-1 mark and 1.62 ERA in 5 starts. The Hawks star hurler also rung up 55 strikeouts in 33.1 innings. In 14 starts this season Suharto has recorded a 8-3 record and a 2.91 ERA. |
