Tokyo Yakult First Baseman Nets CL Award Monday, August 30th, 2021 Jurg Weziroff of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows had an enormous week at the plate and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Central League. For the week Weziroff batted .471 (8-17) with 1 home run and 7 RBIs. Weziroff is currently hitting at a .377 pace with 10 home runs and 29 RBIs. |
