CL Honors May's #1 Pitcher Tuesday, June 1st, 2021 Rahmad Bintang really strutted his stuff in May with 3 wins and no losses and walked off with the Pitcher of the Month Award in the Central League. The Hanshin starter was good news for his club, but bad news for the opposition. In 38.1 innings of work, Bintang limited opposing batters to 35 base hits and a .238 batting average. He totaled 42 strikeouts, issued 9 walks and had a 2.35 ERA. To date this year, Bintang shows a 6-2 record, 15 starts, 89 innings, 90 strikeouts and a 3.84 ERA. |
