Kordonskaya, Saravati Suspended for Fracas Sunday, April 4th, 2021 Vahe Kordonskaya of the Yokohama Bay Stars and Ehsan Saravati of the Yomiuri Giants will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended 9 games apiece by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Bay Stars-Giants game at Cuckoos Stadium. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Kordonskaya and Saravati will begin serving them soon. This year Kordonskaya is batting .342 with 3 home runs. He has scored 14 runs and driven in 14. His record this season is 1-2 in 6 starts and Saravati has a 3.94 ERA. |
