6-7 Game for Green Friday, April 30th, 2021 "It was almost like batting practice. I saw the ball very well and could just about hit it anywhere I wanted." That's what Niagara right fielder Gregg Green said to BNN reporters after his fantastic 6-7 day against the Trois-Rivieres Saints at Blue Wings Ballpark. "I got some good counts and used the whole field." The Stars had a good day, too, and won the ballgame 24-3. Gregg Green hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Blake Lawson in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th. Green is currently batting .451 with 19 home runs and 53 RBIs. |
