Pollard Tabbed as March's Starter of the Month Thursday, April 1st, 2021 In March, Carl Pollard tore through the Skip Bertman League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 21 years old. The young South Carolina starter posted a 5-0 mark and an ERA of 0.67 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 40.1 innings he collected 38 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .158 average. |
