SBL Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, March 29th, 2021 David Fernández burst onto the Skip Bertman League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie first baseman for Oklahoma garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 19-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .538 (7-13) with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs last week. This season Fernández has hit at a .304 clip with 26 RBIs, 13 home runs and 21 runs scored. |
