Steve Bailey Picked AHL's Best Hitter Friday, November 5th, 2021 Steve Bailey of the Houston Sting had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Silver Slugger Award for 2021. The 19-year-old left fielder put up a .340 average and a .412 on-base percentage, piling up 200 hits, 43 doubles, 2 triples, 20 home runs, 125 RBIs and 108 runs scored.Engin Cosar of the Westside Road Warriors finished second in voting, while Frank Hall of the Houston Sting finished third. |
