Jedi Knights Starter Wins BOL Pitching Award Friday, October 1st, 2021 The Buck O'Neil League scribes have selected September's Pitcher of the Month and have awarded the honor to Maurice Hesmondhalgh of New Orleans. He was outstanding on the hill last month and has the numbers to prove it -- a 6-0 record. The Jedi Knights star performer made 6 starts with a 1.21 ERA and surrendered 25 hits in 37.1 innings. He struck out 41 and walked 11. This season Hesmondhalgh has a 9-5 record with a 3.56 ERA. |
