June's #1 Hurler Announced: Pérez Thursday, July 1st, 2021 Over the past month Pedro Pérez has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the August Herrman League. He proved all that and now he's been named June's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Westside Road Warriors posted 4-1 mark and a 2.02 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 40 innings, permitted 27 hits and fanned 62 batters. Thus far this season, Pérez has tossed 90.1 innings in 15 starts, fanned 133 batters, walked 37 and put up a 3.79 ERA with 7 wins and 3 losses. |
