BOL's Best Player, Bing of New Orleans Monday, June 7th, 2021 So far in his young career, Bo Bing has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Buck O'Neil League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 18-year-old New Orleans Jedi Knights third baseman hit at a torrid .423 clip as he collected 11 hits in 26 at-bats, 2 home runs, 9 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Thus far in 2021 Bing is hitting .242 with 8 home runs, 35 RBIs, 32 runs scored and has compiled a .318 OBP. |
