Red Bulls Pandian September's Top Hurler Friday, October 1st, 2021 There's something about a young rookie winning the Alexander Cartwright League Pitcher of the Month trophy that sends shock waves through the league. Such is the case with Kulapati Pandian, a 21-year-old starter for the Riverside Red Bulls. In September, he topped off the month with a 5-0 mark and 0.94 ERA in 7 starts, tossed 47.2 innings, fanned 43 and held opposing teams to a .201 average. To date this year Pandian has compiled a 16-5 mark with a 3.60 ERA in 34 starts. |
