The 20-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Alexander Cartwright League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .379 average (11-29) with 2 home runs, 13 RBIs and 8 runs scored. On the year Vedant has hit .344 with 14 home runs, 85 RBIs and scored 80 runs. |
