Vedant Hits in 20 Consecutive Games Wednesday, June 30th, 2021 The streak is alive and well -- at least for today. Vihaan Vedant did it again. He bashed 2 hits in today's game and for the last 20 games in a row has collected at least one hit. The 20-year-old Riverside left fielder extended his streak as the Red Bulls beat the Phoenix Lights 12-2 at UFO Field. Vihaan Vedant struck out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. This year Vedant has hit at a .337 pace and produced 75 RBIs, 12 home runs and scored 75 runs. |
