Hard work, long hours and a tireless resolve paid off for him today in the form of the Kade Stenson League Silver Slugger Award. Ojima hit for a .308 average while collecting 214 hits, 33 doubles, no triples, 68 home runs, 193 RBIs and scoring 134 times.Nakamaro Sato of the Fort Worth Cats finished second in voting, while Billy Greer of the Acapulco Banditos finished third. |
