New York First Baseman Hurt Saturday, October 9th, 2021 Whether he wants it or not, Octávio García of the New York Mafia will be getting some R & R -- rest and relaxation. The first baseman was hurt in today's Mafia-Republic game while colliding with a player at a base. Team officials announced after the game that García had suffered a concussion and would be out of action for 6 weeks. This season García has hit 35 home runs and posted a .334 batting average. |
