Jesters Bishop Suffers Setback
Saturday, September 11th, 2021
Jesters second baseman Alan Bishop has suffered a setback in his rehabilitation for a stiff back. He was expected to finish treatment soon and rejoin the team slightly ahead of schedule, but now doctors will reevaluated him after he felt severe pain in a recent workout. The preliminary examination revealed more damage and is worse than the first injury. Anonymous sources in Jersey told BNN Alan Bishop would be absent from the roster quite a bit longer than originally diagnosed. He would now have to miss at least 1-2 weeks.
On the year Bishop has hit .326 with 32 home runs, 123 RBIs and scored 95 runs.
