Bad News for Manhatten Beach, Félix Betancourt Hurt Monday, August 30th, 2021 The Patriots received bad news this morning. Félix Betancourt will miss 2-3 months due to a torn triceps. He sustained the injury in the Manhatten Beach-Dallas game while throwing a pitch. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Betancourt sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery." So far this year Betancourt has 27 saves in 51 relief appearances with a 3-3 mark and 1.83 ERA. |
