RCL Player of the Week Awarded Monday, August 23rd, 2021 Steve Frend went on a week-long tirade against the Roberto Clemente League pitchers and was acclaimed the Player of the Week. The Seattle left fielder was hot as a firecracker, exploding with a .478 average, 3 home runs and 12 RBIs. For the week Frend bashed out 11 hits in 23 at-bats and scored 8 runs. This season Frend has hit at a .289 clip and produced 67 runs batted in, 18 home runs and 86 runs. |
