Jokers Segura TML Hitter of the Week Monday, August 2nd, 2021 So far in his young career, Júlio Segura has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Thurman Munson League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Las Vegas Jokers catcher hit at a torrid .583 clip as he collected 14 hits in 24 at-bats, no home runs, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Thus far this season in 85 games Segura is batting .397 with 17 home runs, 64 RBIs and 65 runs scored. He has 138 hits in 348 at-bats. |
