Danger Chill Anderson's Hot Streak Tuesday, June 15th, 2021 The Duke City Danger got more than a 5-3 victory over South Carolina today at Panthers Park. They put an end to Lowell Anderson's 21-game hitting spree by holding him without a hit in 4 at-bats. But it was no big deal to the Bombers right fielder. Anderson seemed to feel more for his team than himself. "I had some great looks at some pitches that I should have hit. I missed some that I shouldn't have swung at. All in all, I wasn't much help with the bat today." This season Anderson is batting .317 with 69 hits and 16 home runs. He has scored 32 times and has 49 runs batted in. |
