Crush Starting Pitcher Thomas Hurt Monday, April 19th, 2021 The Carolina Crush were dealt a severe blow when Adam Thomas was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the Montreal Bandits. After the game, the team trainer reported Thomas might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 35-year-old starting pitcher out for the rest of the season with a damaged elbow ligament. They indicated it would take Thomas at least 12 months to heal. |
