Berserkers Johnson Out of Action Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 The Minnesota Berserkers were dealt a severe blow when Steve Johnson was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the Washington Federals. After the game, the team trainer reported Johnson might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 33-year-old closer out for the rest of the season with a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament. They indicated it would take Johnson at least 13 months to heal. |
