PL Star of the Week Picked Monday, July 15th, 2019 Yin-reng Tang of the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Pacific League. The 16-year-old right fielder put up a .500 average with a .550 on-base percentage, racking up 9 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Thus far this year Tang has hit .360 with 9 home runs and 28 RBIs. |
