Star of the Week Selected in PL Monday, July 8th, 2019 Yin-reng Tang is respected by most Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles fans for his no-frills style of play. The 16-year-old right fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Pacific League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .545 average (6-11) with 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Batting .316 to date, Tang has 6 home runs and 18 RBIs. |
