Golden Eagles Na'il bin Bashshar Hurt Saturday, May 18th, 2019 The Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles announced this afternoon that starting pitcher Na'il bin Bashshar would be out of action for 11 months. He sustained a damaged elbow ligament playing the Lions. It happened throwing a pitch. Thus far this season, bin Bashshar has worked 71 innings with 83 strikeouts en route to a 2-3 record and a 2.54 ERA. |
