Pacific League Names Lubis Best Batter Monday, May 6th, 2019 Lubis swung a blistering bat last week for ORIX, rapping out 8 hits in 16 at-bats against Buffaloes opponents to propel himself to the Pacific League Player of the Week Award. Whenever the right fielder hit the ball, he hit it with authority. The 18-year-old racked up a .500 batting average with 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored. So far this year Lubis is batting .238 with 9 home runs. |
