Saitama Seibu's Ekachakra Chosen PL Batter of the Month Wednesday, May 1st, 2019 Even though he is a newcomer to NIPPON BASEBALL LEAGUE, Apupa Ekachakra put up some good numbers in April and earned the PL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Saitama Seibu's offensive leaders with a .341 average in 20 games. He also racked up 9 home runs, 14 RBIs, and 22 runs scored. Ekachakra is currently hitting at a .284 pace with 13 home runs, 29 RBIs and has scored 34 times. |
