Ekachakra of Saitama Seibu Player of the Week Monday, April 22nd, 2019 It was announced today that Saitama Seibu center fielder Apupa Ekachakra had received the Pacific League Player of the Week Award for his impressive play last week. All week long he was terrific at the plate and won the honor with a .478 BA (11-23), 3 home runs and 4 RBIs. This year Ekachakra is hitting .279 with 10 home runs. |
