PL Top Pitcher Award for June to Zhong Sunday, July 1st, 2018 Su-shun Zhong really strutted his stuff in June with 2 wins and no losses and walked off with the Pitcher of the Month Award in the Pacific League. The Chiba Lotte starter was good news for his club, but bad news for the opposition. In 17.1 innings of work, Zhong limited opposing batters to 15 base hits and a .214 batting average. He totaled 27 strikeouts, issued 7 walks and had a 2.60 ERA. |
