Inoue Honored by Pacific League Monday, September 16th, 2013 Tomiji Inoue of the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Pacific League. The 25-year-old right fielder put up a .438 average with a .571 on-base percentage, racking up 7 hits in 16 at-bats, 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Inoue has a .377 average and a .468 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 114 hits, 10 home runs and driven in 63 runs. |
