Endo Top Hitter in CL in June Monday, July 1st, 2013 Even though he is a newcomer to Nippon Baseball League, Saikaku Endo put up some good numbers in June and earned the CL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Hiroshima Toyo's offensive leaders with a .362 average in 18 games. He also racked up 11 home runs, 25 RBIs, and 28 runs scored. This year Endo has hit at a .315 clip with 64 hits, 21 home runs, 50 RBIs and 60 runs scored. |
