League Suspends Valdéz and Lee for Fisticuffs Friday, April 5th, 2019 The league commissioner has issued 6-game suspensions to Alejandro Valdéz of London and Craig Lee of Montreal. The two players were involved in a confrontation during a recent Monarchs-Royales game at Hatchets Ballpark and now will miss time because of it. Neither player would comment on the suspensions. In his 2019 season totals, Valdéz has 1 home run, .292 BA, .414 OBP, 8 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This season he has made 9 relief appearances with no saves. In 14 innings Lee has chalked up 18 strikeouts while posting a 0-0 record and a 12.21 ERA |
