White Takes LBL's Best Bat Trophy Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 Doug White is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Saskatoon first baseman joined that select company when the Lester B. Person League announced the results of April's voting. White totaled 37 hits, 23 walks, 10 home runs, 38 RBIs and 25 runs scored last month to put together a .398 batting average and .517 on-base percentage. On the year White has hit .374 with 20 home runs, 72 RBIs and scored 56 runs. |
