Cabral Sizzles -- Smokes Capitals for 5 Hits Wednesday, April 18th, 2018 5 hits in a game doesn't happen every day. Saskatoon's José Cabral had a very special day against the Capitals when everything came together for him and he did just that -- collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and led the Saskatoon Legends to a 10-8 win at Ballpark of Chilliwack College. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Cabral said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." José Cabral flied out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit an RBI triple in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This season in 39 games Cabral is batting .349 with 2 home runs, 26 RBIs and has scored 46 times. |
