The Niagara right fielder sprayed hits all over the ballpark by lashing Victoria pitching for 5 hits in 7 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that he just hit it where they pitched it. "Too often I try to pull the ball too much. Today I just went with the pitch." Hervé Bouchet singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, struck out in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th. This season Bouchet is batting .405 with 7 home runs. He has scored 11 runs and driven in 16. |
