LBL's Best Starter is Manuel Friday, May 1st, 2015 Ed Manuel of Victoria had an excellent April with a 4-1 record and was selected the Pitcher of the Month in the Lester B. Person League. He finished the month with a 1.62 ERA while piling up 41 strikeouts in 39 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .176 batting average. |
