Kinney Bags SBL Best Player Award Monday, April 22nd, 2019 The top batter in the Skip Bertman League last week was Richard Kinney, who batted .520 and towered above everybody with a 7-game hitting barrage. During the week Kinney banged out a .520 batting average (13-25), 2 home runs, 12 runs batted in and scored 7 runs. Today the South Illinois left fielder received the SBL Player of the Week Award. Kinney is currently hitting at a .285 pace with 3 home runs and 25 RBIs. |
