Golden Eagles Chill Morris's Hot Streak Thursday, March 14th, 2019 South Mississippi brought Truman Morris's hitting spree to a screeching halt today in its 7-5 victory over Cal State Fullerton at Ballpark of Storm Lake College. The Golden Eagles mound staff snapped the 21-year-old left fielder's hitting streak at 29 games. Morris failed to get a hit in 3 at-bats to end it. This year Morris has no home runs and a .356 batting average. |
