Heard Drops Baseball to Play Basketball Monday, May 14th, 2018 Miami multi-sport star Seth Heard has decided to discontinue his baseball career and focus full-time on his basketball career. Despite his love of baseball, Heard says he likes his prospects on the hardwood better than the diamond. "It was a tough decision, but I think this is the right one for me," said the Hurricanes reliever. Heard, considered to be a standout shooting guard, is projected as a late 1st or 2nd round pick in the upcoming NBA draft. |
