Chris Hastings to Miss 10 Months Saturday, April 21st, 2018 The Oklahoma State Cowboys learned that Chris Hastings is likely to be out for 10 months after he injured himself throwing a pitch in today's game against the Alabama Crimson Tide. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a torn ulnar collateral ligament. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the Oklahoma State manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Chris is back in action." So far this year Hastings has a 6-1 record with a 3.26 ERA. |
