Washington State's Moore Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Sunday, April 15th, 2018 Washington State third baseman Mike Moore really lit up the TCU Horned Frogs with a 5-hit barrage today at Tribe Ballpark -- a performance that sparked the Cougars to a 28-1 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Mike Moore struck out in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 7th and struck out in the 7th. So far this season Moore has 3 home runs and a .317 batting average. |
