Players Suspended in 49'ers-Bulldogs Donnybrook Friday, March 10th, 2017 Hot tempers flared and a few punches were thrown at the Long Beach State and Mississippi State game yesterday and ended up with two players ejected. Dave Edwards of the 49'ers and Kevin Thomas of the Bulldogs have now been reprimanded and issued 4-game suspensions by the league commissioner for their parts in the fracas. Currently Edwards is hitting .231 and has collected no home runs, 5 RBIs and scored 2 times, while playing in 5 games. |
