League Suspends Sáenz and Ayers for Fisticuffs Monday, May 7th, 2012 The Horned Frogs Francisco Sáenz and the Golden Eagles Nathan Ayers were suspended 9 games each by league officials today for their fight which set off a bench-clearing skirmish between the teams at Dingoes Ballpark. Currently Sáenz is batting .390 with 48 hits and 2 home runs. He has knocked in 11 runs and scored 30 times. So far this season, in 7 relief appearances Ayers has compiled an ERA of 1.29.
